Day 1 : Muscat
Welcome to the Sultanate of Oman
Our representative awaits you at the airport from where you will be taken to your hotel. The remainder of the day offers free time for you to explore and relax – a pleasant leisure time before starting your discovery tour from the day after. Overnight at Hotel in Muscat (-/-/-)

Day 2 : Muscat Highlights
Today you visit the 5th largest mosque in the world, the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. Passing by the diplomatic quarter, you will be taken to the oldest and largest market in the country, Muttrah Souk. This is the time for you to shop for your Omani souvenirs. Walk through its narrow alleys where the air is filled with the smell of frankincense and sandalwood. Next stop is the Al Alam Palace where the Sultan receives his state guests. The palace is flanked by two Portuguese fortresses. At a museum, you will witness traditional artefacts and traces of history and pre-history of Muscat. Overnight at Hotel in Muscat (B/L/-)

Day 3 : Muscat – Birkat Al Mauz – Jabal Akhdar
Driving towards the interior of Oman with a first stop at Birkat Al Mouz with its tranquil gardens and many date palms. Then to Jabal Akhdar (the green mountain) exploring the area with its small villages and terrace fields. Due to the milder and cooler climate many fruits such as apricots, peaches, grapes and pomegranates are cultivated here. It isalso famous for the production of rose water (IN APRIL).

Day 4 : Jabal Akhdar–Bahla–Jabrin–Nizwa
Leaving Jabal Akhdar after breakfast heading to the huge clay fort in Bahla known for its pottery workshops, then Jabrin visiting Oman’s most beautiful fort with its intricately designed interior. Tour ends at Nizwa,

Day 5: Nizwa–Wahiba Sands
After breakfast visit the historic Nizwa Fort and the Souq, where traditional handmade silver jewellery and daggers (Khanjars) are sold. We then proceed to the so-called Wahiba Sands desert. Overnight in Desert Camp (B/L/D)

Day 6 : Wahiba–Wadi Bani Khaled-Muscat
Breakfast at the camp, then heading to Wadi Bani Khaled with its natural pools and greenery. Having spent time in the Wadi, drive back to Muscat

Day 7 : Muscat
Another reason to get up early: a picturesque “balcony walk” to the old village of As Sab on top of the Mountain. Your rugged route to Muscat consists of a stop at the village of Bilad Sayt, followed by one of the most exhilarating off-road journeys through Wadi Bani Awf. Visit the hot springs of Nakhal and stroll around its fort before heading towards Muscat, where our unforgettable journey ends. (B/-/-)

Breakfast at the hotel then transfer to Muscat Airport for final departure.

    • All rates are net and per person for the package quoted in AED.
    • Rates do not include any international or domestic flight tickets
    • Child rates apply for children aged from 2 to 08.99 years old (under 9 years). 1 child sharing a room with 2 adults (depending on hotel policy). If the hotel doesn’t have availability for family rooms, adult rates will apply. Children policy that is mentioned in each holiday package is the prevailing one.
    • All rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. We’ll endeavour to match the rates quoted in packages.
    • Rates quoted are not applicable during trade fair periods, major Holidays and other major events.
    • City taxes are not included in the price.
    • If certain entrances or tours are closed during certain periods in case they are included in the package price or the optional excursions, then an alternative entrances/tours will be provided.
    • All bookings have to be confirmed at least 45 working days (in normal dates) prior to arrival date by the Client to Egypt Express Travel and 65 days prior to arrival date (in high and peak dates).
    • The prices we quote are indicative, but we always try to confirm the prices offered in this document.
    • Early bookings increase the chances of achieving the quoted package rate.
    • We require 100% pre-payment either by bank transfer or by credit card (VISA or MasterCard). All charges for bank transfers need to be covered by the Client.
    • Vouchers will be issued after receipt of the full payment in our bank account.
    • Cancellation deadline for the booking will be quoted at the time of booking. Full payment is
    required in our bank account prior to the cancellation deadline. The booking will be automatically cancelled
    should the funds not be received before the free cancellation deadline. A remittance advice is not sufficient as proof of payment.
    • The information & rates quoted are correct at the time of quoting the prices. We retain the right to adjust rates based on any changes to current operational or capacity restrictions or extra surcharges and tariffs or increase in
    the prices of any component of the service imposed by Governments or other Authorities or suppliers of services

    A few Notices about our packages :

    • This package is based on specific number of nights / days according to each package, any change in the number of nights/days will reflect in change in the price.
    • You can combine packages in any order you wish and extra charges for transfers to be quoted.
    • Travel between packages is not included. We can provide any train reservation requirements or to assist
    • with flight options.
    • Each package includes hotel with breakfast, return transfers to the local airport/train station
    • We offer optional activities in each destination with extra charge.
    • Please enquire for any lunch or dinner requirements. We can provide reservations subject to requirements or suitable recommendations.
    • We are always happy to assist with special requests.
    • Insurance during traveling period is not included in the package price.
    • Entry Visa can be arranged against extra charges for our clients or they can apply directly on their own to the nearest Consulate within Egypt or Gulf States and booking can be made once they acquire the entry visa.
