Itinerary:
Day 1/Arrival
Meet and greet at the airport. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Yerevan.
Day 2/Yerevan Sightseeing Tour
After breakfast, start the tour with a fascinating sightseeing tour of Yerevan, the heart of Armenia. Enjoy stories of the thousand-year history of the capital and visit architectural monuments like the Opera House, Cascade Complex, National Assembly Building, Republic Square, and vintage central streets such as Abovyan, Mashtots, Baghramyan, and Northern avenues. From a special viewpoint, the whole city will open up towards us. Overnight in Yerevan.
Day 3/Yerevan – Tsaghkadzor – Lake Sevan – Yerevan
After breakfast at the hotel, we will drive to Tsaghkadzor, one of Armenia’s most popular winter resorts. Located 60 km north of Yerevan in the Kotayk region, Tsaghkadzor is surrounded by virgin woods and alpine meadows on the eastern slope of TeghenisMountain. The ski resort features a chairlift with 5 stations and numerous ski runs. Our next stop is Lake Sevan, where the Sevanavank Monastery, built in 874, offers stunning views against the turquoise lake and blue sky. Overnight in Yerevan.
Day 4/Yerevan – Geghard Monastery – Garni Temple – Yerevan
After breakfast at the hotel, we will drive to Geghard Monastery, a 13th-century masterpiece of Armenian architecture, known for its rock-hewn churches and rich sculptural embellishments. The site, originally called Ayrivank (cave monastery), was later renamed Geghard (Lance) and is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Next, we will visit Garni Temple, the unique surviving example of heathen culture in Armenia, blending Greco-Roman and Armenian styles. Built in the first century AD and dedicated to the God of the Sun, it later became the summer residence of Armenian kings. Overnight in Yerevan.
Day 5/ Yerevan – Khor Virap – Areni Cave – Noravank – Yerevan
After breakfast at the hotel, we will head to Khor Virap, the most famous pilgrimage site in Armenia, linked to the adoption of Christianity in 301. From the monastery, admire the stunning view of Mount Ararat. Next, visit Areni Cave, where artifacts dating back to 4200-3500 BC, including the world’s oldest leather shoe, were found. Finally, explore Noravank Monastery, a 13th-century architectural masterpiece surrounded by rocks and caves. Overnight in Yerevan.
Day 6/Yerevan – Etchmiadzin Cathedral – Zvartnots Temple – Yerevan
After breakfast at the hotel, we will proceed to Etchmiadzin Cathedral, one of the world’s oldest churches, founded in the fourth century. According to legend, it was built where Gregory The Illuminator saw an apparition of Jesus Christ. The interior features frescoes by the Hovnatanyan family. Nearby are the residences of the Catholicos and the Theological Academy. The “Treasures of Echmiadzin” museum houses unique relics, including the Holy Lance and Noah’s Ark relics. Next, visit Zvartnots Temple, a marvel of 7th-century Armenian architecture. Overnight in Yerevan.
Day 7/Departure
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport. Departure.

• All bookings have to be confirmed at least 45 working days (in normal dates) prior to arrival date by the Client to Egypt Express Travel and 65 days prior to arrival date (in high and peak dates).
• The prices we quote are indicative, but we always try to confirm the prices offered in this document.
• Early bookings increase the chances of achieving the quoted package rate.
• We require 100% pre-payment either by bank transfer or by credit card (VISA or MasterCard). All charges for bank transfers need to be covered by the Client.
• Vouchers will be issued after receipt of the full payment in our bank account.
• Cancellation deadline for the booking will be quoted at the time of booking. Full payment is required in our bank account prior to the cancellation deadline. The booking will be automatically cancelled should the funds not be received before the free cancellation deadline. A remittance advice is not sufficient as proof of payment.
• The information & rates quoted are correct at the time of quoting the prices. We retain the right to adjust rates based on any changes to current operational or capacity restrictions or extra surcharges and tariffs or increase in the prices of any component of the service imposed by Governments or other Authorities or suppliers of services.A few Notices about our packages :
• This package is based on specific number of nights / days according to each package, any change in the number of nights /days will reflect in change in the price.
• You can combine packages in any order you wish and extra charges for transfers to be quoted.

•Entry Visa can be arranged against extra charges for our clients or they can apply directly on their own to the nearest Consulate within Egypt or Gulf States and booking can be made once they acquire the entry visa.
